JENNIFER H. BOURIAT is a partner at Pietragallo Gordon Alfano Bosick & Raspanti, LLP. She is a member of the Government Enforcement, Compliance and White Collar, Qui Tam/False Claims Act, and Commercial Litigation Practice Groups.
Ms. Bouriat has expertise in a diverse area of practices. She represents individual and corporate clients in all stages of white collar criminal defense matters, internal investigations, and complex commercial litigation, including antitrust and securities litigation.

Ms. Bouriat’s practice also includes representing indigent defendants in state and federal criminal matters, including death penalty and habeas cases.
Prior to joining Pietragallo, Ms. Bouriat was an associate at a large law firm in New York City where she gained significant trial experience and represented both individuals and international corporations in internal investigations, complex litigation, and criminal proceedings.
Ms. Bouriat earned her law degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School where she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and a Dean’s Merit Scholar. She was a teaching assistant for Evidence and Psychology in Criminal Law courses, which led her to develop an expertise in those areas.
